Passes

10% + $0.30 / 20%

Not stated on the pages we could reach

On Unlockable a £40.00 sale pays you £36.00: the buyer covers the privacy & security fee, and card processing comes out of our share. Platform fee and processing are shown separately for Passes because a percentage that excludes processing is not comparable to one that includes it.

When Passes is the better choice

Passes treats messaging as the product: fan messages, paid calls and community are all first-class, and its Starter tier is a lower percentage than ours. It also lists physical products and voice notes. If the relationship with your audience is the thing you are monetising rather than a file, it offers more surface area than we do.

When Unlockable is the better choice

Passes is for creators whose value is access to them; Unlockable is for creators whose value is a thing they made. Both take a cut of a sale, but only one of them expects you to keep showing up in a chat. If you want to sell a finished piece of work and move on, there is nothing to maintain here afterwards.

Where these figures come from

Passes’s fees were read from passes.com/ on 26 September 2026. Pricing changes without notice, so check the source before making a decision on it. Unlockable’s own figures are our published 10% creator-side and 10% buyer-side fee, and Stripe’s UK card rate.
