When Unlockt is the better choice
Unlockt has a bigger public profile and a consumer app with a fan-facing side, including a “login as fan” flow and creator profiles you can browse. It also advertises that creators keep 100% of tips, where we charge a 30% platform fee on them. If tips are a meaningful part of your income, that difference is real.
When Unlockable is the better choice
Both products do the same core job: lock a file, share a link, get paid. The difference is the fee structure — a 10% + 15% split against our 10% + 10% — and that Unlockt pairs the creator tool with a destination fans can browse, where we deliberately have no marketplace at all. If you want your content discoverable inside a platform, that is a genuine reason to pick them. If you want a link you send yourself, with no listing, ours is simpler.
