AI automation creators
Sell the AI systems that produce consistent results for a specific job.
Builders combining language models with automation to replace a manual process end to end.

What you package
- End-to-end agent workflows
- Model and provider configurations
- Prompt and system instruction sets
- Tool and API integrations
- Knowledge base structures
- Evaluation and test sets
- Setup and cost documentation
- Example runs with outputs
How you would deliver it
- 1
Package the whole system — workflow, prompts, tools and configuration — as the collection.
- 2
Include example runs with their real outputs, which is the only convincing proof an AI system works.
- 3
State the running cost and required accounts up front, because that is what generates refund requests.
- 4
Sell a launch version at a capped price, then maintain the files behind the link.
Why it works for AI automation creators
AI systems sit at the top of what this platform can carry, and the reason is that they sell a capability rather than an output. A hundred generated articles sell for around £10 and are obsolete the moment they are delivered. The configured system that reliably produces usable drafts, with the prompts, tools and quality checks already solved, sells for five times that and keeps working. The output is the demo; the system is the product.
Proof is the constraint that holds the category back, so it is also the differentiator. Most AI products are sold on description, and buyers have learned to discount that. Example runs with their actual outputs, an honest note on failure rates, and a stated running cost per hundred invocations do more for conversion than any amount of framing — and they attract buyers who will maintain the system rather than refund it.
Two things cannot be engineered away. The tooling moves fast enough that any system is a snapshot, and a system built on a hosted model depends on a provider whose pricing and behaviour you do not control. Selling it as a dated, maintained version — rather than a permanent asset — is both accurate and commercially better, because it gives you a legitimate next product.

What these sell for: £39–£59 for a complete system. Disclose the running cost — a surprise API bill is the main cause of refunds here.
On a sale the buyer covers the privacy & security fee, and card processing comes out of our share — so a £49 price pays you £39.20. See the full split.

AI automation creators questions
How do I prove an AI system actually works?
Show real runs. Claims about agent reliability are cheap; a set of example inputs alongside the exact outputs they produced is not. It also filters buyers usefully, because someone who has seen the outputs understands the failure rate they are buying rather than expecting perfection.
What running costs should I disclose?
All of them — model API spend, any third-party service, and the accounts the buyer has to create. A system that quietly costs more to run than the buyer expected is the single most common reason for a refund in this category, and stating an estimated monthly cost per hundred runs is a stronger selling point than leaving it out.
The models change underneath me. What then?
Sell it as a dated snapshot and maintain it. A system tuned against one model behaves differently when that model is updated, and no documentation prevents it. Updating the files behind the link, and treating a significant rewrite as a new version, keeps existing buyers working and gives you something new to sell.
