Why it works for coaches
Coaching has a hard ceiling built into it: your income is your calendar. Every pound you earn requires an hour you cannot sell twice, and the people who would benefit most are often the ones who cannot afford the hourly rate at all. Most coaches resolve this by either raising prices until the calendar is full, or by building a course, which takes months and may not suit how they actually work.
A recorded session or a framework document sits between those two. It is a fraction of the work of a course, it sells at a price an individual can justify, and it earns while you are on other calls. The worksheet and the recording bundle naturally into one collection, and a launch price can be run on an expiring link so early buyers are rewarded without you permanently discounting.
It will not replace the discovery call, and it is not a scalable business on its own — the volume of a £20 product is not the volume of a £200 hour. It is a way to stop the same explanation being given away for free.
