Why it works for fitness creators
Fitness content has a pricing problem disguised as a content problem. A single workout video is worth very little — there are thousands free — but the same information assembled into a structured plan with a PDF, a schedule and a progression is worth five times as much, because it removes the decisions the viewer would otherwise have to make. Most trainers publish the former and wonder why nobody buys.
The mechanism is packaging. A collection lets you sell the videos, the plan document and the nutrition guide as one purchase at one price, which is the shape the buyer actually wants. The individual form-check video can still exist as a cheap standalone link for people who only want that, and the two do not compete because they answer different questions.
What it does not do is coach anyone. A plan cannot see whether someone is doing the movement correctly, and selling one as though it can is how trainers end up with unhappy buyers. It sells the structure, not the supervision.

Can I sell a programme with videos, a PDF and a schedule together?
Yes. Upload them all as a collection and set one price. A programme is naturally a bundle, which is why the same content can sell for a programme price rather than a single-file price.
Do buyers get lifetime access?
A link can be left to never expire, so the buyer keeps access to what they paid for. If you would rather sell a time-limited challenge, set the link to expire instead.
Should I sell one workout or the whole plan?
Both. A single form tutorial at a low price is an easy first purchase, and the full programme is the upsell. They are separate links, so neither cannibalises the other.
