AI generation systems
Sell the system that produces your results, not the results.
Creators who have built a repeatable pipeline — prompts, workflows, settings and style guides that produce consistent output.

What you can sell
- Prompt libraries and negative prompts
- Workflow files and node configurations
- Style guides and reference sets
- Model and sampler settings
- Upscaling workflows
- Batch automation
- Example outputs with their settings
- Setup documentation
How you would use Unlockable
- 1
Package prompts, workflow, settings and reference images together — the system is the collection, not a single file.
- 2
Include example outputs paired with the exact settings that produced them, which is the proof the system works.
- 3
Sell the workflow at one price and a done-for-you asset pack at another, covering both kinds of buyer.
- 4
Cap a launch for a new version and update the files behind the link for existing buyers.
Why it works for AI generation systems
This is where the pricing argument of the whole AI category becomes clearest. A hundred generated images sell for around £10 and take an hour to produce; the prompts, workflow, settings and style guide that generate a consistent house style sell for three times that, and keep selling after the folder is stale. The system is the asset, the outputs are the by-product.
Proof is what makes it credible. Settings claims are easy to make and hard to verify, so pairing example outputs with the exact prompts and configuration that produced them does more selling than any description. It also filters the buyers, because someone who can see the inputs and outputs understands what they are getting rather than hoping.
Two limits are worth stating plainly. Hardware requirements are real — a workflow that depends on a specific GPU will disappoint a buyer on a laptop, and saying so up front prevents the refund. And the tooling moves quickly enough that any system is a snapshot; versioning it honestly and maintaining it for existing buyers is a better promise than selling it as permanent.

What these sell for: £15 for prompts, £29–£39 for the full system with settings and examples. The workflow is worth three times the outputs.
On a sale the buyer covers the privacy & security fee, and card processing comes out of our share — so a £29 price pays you £23.20. See the full split.

AI generation systems questions
Why sell the system when the output is what people see?
Because the output is replaceable and the system is not. Anyone can generate an image; reliably producing one in a specific style, at a usable resolution, without a hundred discarded attempts, requires configuration that took real experimentation. That reliability is what the buyer cannot get elsewhere, and it holds its price.
How much of a workflow should I document?
Enough that a competent stranger can run it without asking you anything. That means the model files or links, the sampler settings, the resolution and upscaling steps, and an honest note about hardware requirements and expected generation time. Gaps in that list become support requests, and support time is what erodes the margin on a system priced under £50.
The tools change fast. How do I handle versions?
Version it deliberately rather than promising permanence. A system built on a specific model or node set behaves differently when those move. Selling v2 as a drop, and updating the files behind the link for people who already bought v1, is more honest than claiming it will always work — and it gives you a reason to sell to the same audience again.
